Dwayne is the pastor in charge at Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC the church he established in 2007. He also serves as the director of pastoral care for the Acts 29 Network. Alongside his pastoring, Dwayne has a passion for developing the future generation of biblical counselors. He is a part of the Biblical Counseling Coalition's Board. He is the creator of numerous online articles and a contributor in Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Changing lives with God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne and his wife Leslie have three children.

Bellamy Young was born in Asheville in North Carolina on February 19 the year 1970. She was an actor who performed the role of Mellie Grant, the First Lady from Scandal for ABC.
