Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy born in June 1962 is an American actor from the United States. Following her debut movie in 1983, Bad Boys, Sheedy became one of the Brat group with actors. She appeared in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985), Short Circuit (1986) as well as WarGames. Sheedy received the Independent Spirit Award Best Female Actress for her part in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Sheedy is an American actor and a writer. Her film career began in early 1980s when she starred as a crime drama actress, Bad Boys. The film was directed by Rick Rosenthal, other well-known actors like Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown as well as Alan Ruck also appeared. In the wake of her success in her first film, she later appeared in the 1985 comedy-drama film The Breakfast Club. The film by John Hughes called The Breakfast Club is regarded as among most memorable films of high school cinema. Though the budget was only $1 million, its profits surpassed the mark of $50 million. At the same time she started appearing on TV in various shows such as CBS Schoolbreak. It was her first TV appearance. Since April, 1980, the show was an adolescent-oriented show.
